The NOx converter uses a polymer material as carrier, loaded with an efficient catalyst, it can converter NO2 to NO at a certain temperature. Its temperature is collected by high-precision thermocouple, and controlled by high precision thermostat. It is also equipped with temperature signal output interface, which provide end-users with convenient integration.
Principle
Using catalytic reduction principle, through intergrated heating & temperature control components, the internal temperature of the converter reach its working condition. Sample gas enters from the inlet, using adsorption function , NO2 is converted to NO in the converter, while the catalyst does not participate in this reaction.
